Getting Started
1. Access Your Dashboard
From the side menu, select "Viktor."
Click "New Agent" at the top right corner.
Configure Your AI Agent
Select the "Easy and Fast" option to build your AI agent in just a few clicks.
Fill in the required fields as shown in the interface.
Choose the type of task the Agent will perform.
Once you click "Create an Agent," you'll be taken to the configuration panel.
Setting Up Your AI Agent
Step 1: Overview
This section provides:
A summary of the 3 essential steps for properly setting up Viktor.
A call and usage overview.
The "Duplicate" icon (top right) to clone your agent.
Test Viktor:
Enter your mobile number in the box on the right to initiate a test call.
This helps optimize the agent’s performance before going live.
Step 2: Configuration
This is where you define Viktor’s behavior.
With the "Easy and Fast" mode, a pre-built prompt is automatically set to match your needs.
Click the "Configure" icon at the bottom right to adjust the agent’s behavior based on your preferences.
Click "Advanced" to access detailed prompt configuration.
In the "Prompt" section, you can view and edit the agent’s goals, language characteristics, and other behavior-defining elements.

Step 3: Calls
In this section, you can:
View the call log.
Replay conversations handled by Viktor.
Step 4: Settings
Here you can:
Configure your agent’s basic settings.
Delete or restore the agent.
Helpful Tips:
Set "Office" as background noise to make conversations sound more natural.
Choose a voice that matches the agent’s profile.
Step 5: Integrations
View all available integrations.
For example:
To enable the agent to handle bookings, connect your Google Calendar.
This allows the agent to check availability and sync appointments.
Your Viktor Agent is now ready to use!
