  • Browse the list of predefined templates, each designed for a specific use case.

  • After selecting the template, click “Choose Agent.”

You’ll then access the Overview section, where you can further customize the agent according to your needs.

Step 1: Overview

This section provides:

  • A summary of the 3 essential steps for setting up Viktor correctly.

  • An overview of call activity and consumption.

  • The “Duplicate” icon (top right) to clone the agent.

Test Viktor:
Enter your mobile number in the box on the right to launch a test call.
This helps you fine-tune the agent’s performance before going live.

Step 2: Configuration

Here you define Viktor’s behavior:

  • Tone of voice, personality, and actions are controlled by the Prompt in the “Prompt” section.

For detailed guidance on writing an effective prompt, see the article:

Step 3: Calls

In this section, you can:

  • View the call log.

  • Replay conversations managed by Viktor.

Step 4: Settings

Here you can:

  • Delete or restore the agent.

Helpful Tips:

  • Set “Office” as background noise to make conversations sound more natural.

  • Choose a voice consistent with the agent’s profile.

Step 5: Integrations

Browse all available integrations.
