Steps for Customization and Prompt Creation
Go to WhatsApp Bot Settings in your Voxloud Chat panel.
Select the AI Settings tab.
Click Configure bot’s personality.
Click the gear icon to enter the configuration
You can create multiple AI personalities with different characteristics and select the one best suited for the context.
Details you can configure:
Persona Details: description and image of the AI
Communication Style: tone (formal, friendly, technical, etc.).
Chat Scenarios: how the AI handles specific cases (e.g., recurring questions, errors, unexpected requests).
Write a Custom Prompt
Use the Custom Instructions section to enter your prompt. You have up to 5000 characters available.
Include general guidelines, behavioral rules, and company context.
Tip: exploring Prompt Engineering can make a real difference—refine the prompt details to ensure the AI behaves as desired, for example, like an experienced employee who knows your products, your brand’s tone, and how to handle unexpected situations.
At this point, the AI’s personality is defined: it will respond consistently with the tone, style, and behavior you have set, adapting to your business needs.
💡 Note: to optimize the AI agent’s performance, it is essential that the information entered in the configured Prompt and the reference Knowledge Base remain consistent.
Integrating AI into a Voxloud ChatFlow
Configuration Steps
Go to the Edit Your Chat Flow section in the Voxloud Chat panel.
Select an existing ChatFlow
Or create a new ChatFlow by clicking Create New Flow
Add the ChatGPT module at the point in the flow where you want the AI to take action.
Modify the related settings (model, prompt, limits, etc.).

Once saved, the AI module is active within the ChatFlow: it will respond to your customers and leads at the defined point, following the rules and behavior you have configured.
