How to Train the AI

Learn how to instruct Voxloud Chat’s Artificial Intelligence with all relevant information about your company, products, and services, to make it autonomous in managing conversations.

Steps for AI Training

Access the Train Your AI Chat Bot (Knowledge Base) section in your Voxloud Chat panel. Here you can provide all the necessary material to train the AI through different channels.

Add a Website

  1. In the Website tab, you can upload your website by clicking the Add Website button.

  2. Click Add Website.

  1. Enter the URL of the website or specific pages.

  2. Choose between:

  • Full website scan (slower)

  • Single page scan (faster)

3. Click Import & Train.

Note: You can update, disable, or remove content from the Visibility and Action sections

Upload a File

  1. Click File Upload.

  2. Upload company documents by clicking + Upload File.

(Supported formats: PDF, TXT, PPTX, DOC(X), CSV, XLS(X))

Note: Files can be managed in the Actions section

Upload a Google Sheet

  1. Click Google Sheets.

  2. Select Connect your Google Sheet and link Google Sheets from your account to include structured data.

Enter FAQs to refine the AI’s responses

  1. Click FAQ's.

  2. Create categories with frequently asked questions by clicking Add Category.

  3. All items can be modified or deleted through Actions

Conversation History

Review the conversation history to continuously improve the AI’s performance.

At this point, your Artificial Intelligence is ready to learn and generate accurate, consistent responses for your Customers and Leads.
