How to Access the Inbox

  2. Select Inbox.

The 4 Main Tabs

Inside the Inbox, you will find four sections:

1. Chats

  • Manage all active conversations with your customers.

  • Each chat is associated with a Chatbot.

  • Unread conversations are marked with a red dot.

  1. You can filter chats by chatbot, WhatsApp number, Facebook page, and more.

  • Available columns:

    • Visitor Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • Assigned To

    • Status

    • Tag

Actions:

  • Call (from the desktop app)

  • Delete

  • Copy

  • Unsubscribe (ignore the contact and disable automated replies)

By clicking on a chat, you can access the conversation and the visitor’s profile (right-hand column).

You can also remove the chat from bot management and assign it to yourself for manual replies. Useful tools such as automatic translation and conversation transcription are available.

2. Orders

If you have connected a WhatsApp catalog, this section will display all received orders.

Available columns:

  • Customer name, phone number, and email

  • Item quantity

  • Order total

  • Tags (can be created and assigned)

  • Order status (customizable)

3. Contacts

This section contains all contacts with whom you have interacted and from whom you have collected an email address or phone number.

  • Useful for future follow-ups.

  • If you are using a Web Chatbot, request this information at the beginning of the conversation.

  • By clicking on a contact, you can review past conversations.

4. Groups

Organize contacts into groups to manage them more efficiently.

To create a group:

  1. Click Create Group and assign a name.

  2. Apply the desired filters.

  3. Click Create Group again.

Once created, you can manage each group from the Actions column.
