How to Create a Call Campaign in Voxloud

This guide walks you through the steps to create your first outbound Call Campaign using the Voxloud dashboard.

1. Access the Voxloud Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Voxloud account.

  2. From the sidebar menu, select Viktor, then click on Call Campaigns.

  3. Click Create Campaign in the top-right corner or select the + Start Your First Call Campaign icon.


2. Fill in Campaign Details

Provide the following information:

  • Name: Enter a descriptive name for the campaign.

  • Agent: Select the agent who will make the calls.

  • Phone Number: Choose the number that will be used for outbound calls.

πŸ’‘ You can associate multiple numbers with a single AI agent. Contact the support team to enable this configuration.


3. Import the CSV File with Contacts

  • Click Select File to upload your CSV file containing the contact numbers.

  • Ensure the first line of your CSV includes column headers (e.g., Phone Number, Contact Name).
    This is required for proper field mapping during the next step.


4. Configure Call Scheduling

  1. Click Anytime to open the scheduling dropdown.

  2. Select the days and time ranges during which calls should be made.

Handling Failed Call Attempts

  • Retry Attempts: Set the number of retry attempts if a call fails.

  • Retry Interval: Define the waiting time between attempts.

  • Start Date and Time: Specify when the campaign should begin.

  • Time Zone: Select the appropriate timezone for scheduling.


5. Set Call Performance Mode

Choose how to limit the number of calls for the campaign:

  • Dynamic: Call limits are managed from the Account & Billing section.

  • Fixed: Manually set a maximum number of calls for the campaign.


6. Configure Notifications

In the Notification Preferences section, you can:

  • Add one or more email addresses to receive updates.

  • Enable or disable notifications according to your preferences.

7. Launch the Campaign

  1. Review the imported CSV data in the left column.

  2. When ready, click Start on (date).

Note: The campaign will only begin at the configured date and time.


8. Manage the Campaign

Overview

Access a summary of campaign status in the Overview tab.
You can duplicate the campaign or delete it using the πŸ—‘οΈ icon in the top-right corner.

Settings

Adjust campaign parameters in the Settings tab.

Calls

View call logs and detailed history in the Calls tab.

Your Call Campaign is Ready

Once configured, Voxloud will automatically handle outbound calls based on your campaign settings.
