What is the “Call me now” widget
The “Call me now” module is a window (popup) that you can insert into your website which allows the user to be contacted immediately via an automatic call to the number that the user will indicate in the form (in technical jargon this function is called of "callback").
The “Call me now” module can be activated and customized directly from the Control Panel, so you can choose which action to have the user take when they leave their number in the “Call now” module via Voxloud's automatic rules.
How to activate the “Call me now” module
Note: The “Call me now” module is included in the All Inclusive plan. Contact your Specialist to activate the plan and start using the “Call me now” widget (make an appointment here).
If you have an All Inclusive plan, you can activate the “Call me now” module in the Voxloud Control Panel shop. To activate the “Call me now” module, click on "Activate".
How to customize the "Call me now" module
If the “Call me now” module is active, you will see this icon in the main Control Panel menu:
In the “Call me now” module section, you will be able to:
Customize the colour and position of the module
Choose which rule or internals to use for the module
Copy the form code to insert it into your website
To customize the module with the colors of your site and choose the position in which to show the form activation button, locate the "Configure the module" section.
Here you can choose the base color of the module, to make it consistent with the design of your website. Furthermore, you can also choose the position in which to show the button that activates the module (icon with the ringing phone symbol).
How to set a rule for the “Call me now” module
The "Call me now" module allows you to choose a number to direct the call to or a rule to activate for all calls requested by the user.
To choose a rule (previously created) or a number for your phone system, locate the "Choose number, rule and domain" section.
Choose the phone number or rule
Here you can choose the number that will answer the call requested by the user or the rule to use for the incoming call.
Choose the domain
Here you can choose the domain of your website in which to show the form activation button and the form itself.
Country codes enabled
Here you can choose the national numeric prefixes that are enabled to receive a call from your phone system via the form.
How to insert the “Call me now” module in your website
In the "Call me Now" module settings, locate the "Copy the "Call me Now" module code" section.
Once you have chosen and saved the previous settings (customization and rules or numbers to use in the form), the module code will update automatically and you just need to copy it by clicking the blue button at the bottom right (icon with the two sheets symbol).
Now just paste the code into the page of your website where you want the "Call me Now" button and module to be visible and active.
We recommend that you consult with your developer or the technical department to paste the "Call me Now" form code correctly.
Note: if you already have pasted the code in your website and then you modify again (colour, position, numbers, rules or domains) you won't need to paste it again in the website.
