Voxloud allows you to choose which phone number to place the call in the Desktop App, in the mobile app and in the Smart VoIP phone.
Choose the outgoing number in the Desktop App
In the Desktop App, go to the Dashboard (the main menu icon like a house) and click on the "Make a call" drop-down menu to select the phone number you want to call from.
Choose the outgoing number in your mobile app (iOS and Android)
Inside the mobile app click on the button with the Voxloud logo (bottom right on iOS and top right on Android) and then click on "Outgoing number" in the "Profile" paragraph.
In the screen that opens, select the number from which you want to place the call.
Choose the outgoing number in your Smart phone
To choose which number to use to place the call from your Smart device, press the first multifunction button on the left and select the number you want to call from, then click on "Update".
