How to activate the integration

To enable integration, retrieve the API from the Teamwork CRM Control Panel. Click on Admin in the profile menu and then select "Configure API platforms".

Log into your Voxloud Control Panel. You can access it from this link.

Now go to the "Shop" and select the "Integrations" box.

Click on "Purchase".

Now click on "Integrations" in the left menu.

Select the Teamwork CRM integration and click on "Integrate Teamwork CRM".

Now connect your Teamwork CRM account to Voxloud, filling the required fields clicking on "Connect your account".

Now insert the list for call logs and choose the option regarding the contact creation. Then, click on "Next".

Your Teamwork CRM integration is active!
