Within the Team section, you can add and edit PBX users and associate them with groups and rules.

To do this, go to the control panel.

Select Team in the left menu and then select "Users" to enter the users section.

Now click on the "+" symbol on the right:

Then select "User".

In the window that opens, enter the user's details and click on "Send invite". A communication will be sent to the email address indicated with a link to activate the user.

Now the new user has been created (remember to activate it via the link arrived with the activation email to the email address indicated during the activation phase).

By clicking on the user, you can change all parameters, such as extension, SIP credentials and call behavior.
