Within the Team section, you can manage the rules for each extension and for each group.

To do this, go to the control panel.

Select Team in the left menu, then choose the user whose rules you want to change.

Within the user card, in the "Usage summary" section, you will find all the rules associated with the selected user.

In the "Rules" section, click on the rule you want to change:

You will then be directed to the specific rule for that user, with no further steps!

Note: remember that you can always edit the rules by clicking on Rules, after selecting the user in the main menu on the left.
