The Voxloud app for Apple iOS allows you to take your company landline number wherever you are.
You can download the Voxloud iOS app from the App Store here.
How to make a call
Select "Keypad" in the menu below, dial the number and click on the green button to start the call
Select "Contacts" in the bottom menu, click on the contact you want to call and then click the phone button in the contact card.
Call transfer (with notification)
During a call:
Select "Transfer Att" on the screen
Click on the colleague's name or choose the extension to transfer the call to
Warn your colleague about the passage
Click on "transfer" below to switch the call
Direct call transfer (no notification)
During a call:
Select "transfer" on the screen
Click on the colleague's name or choose the extension to transfer the call to
The call was successfully transferred
Account
In the Voxloud mobile app settings you can:
Check the account credit
Select your outgoing number
Contact the support team
Get and give 250€ with "Bring a friend 🎁" feature
To enter the settings menu of your app, click on "Account" in the bottom menu.
How to choose the outgoing number
Click on "Outgoing number"
Select the number you want to call from
Contact the support
Click on "Chat with us" to start an instant chat with Voxloud support
Click on "Email us" to send an email to Voxloud support
Click on "Support Tools" for more support

Settings
To enter in the settings:
Select the "Keypad" in the lower menù
Click on the settings icon on the top right
To modify other parameters, click on "Preferences".
