Additional notes:
Please make sure to include Modified_By field in Setup > Customizations > Modules and Fields > Contacts Module > Contacts Layout Under Unused fields drag and drop Modified_By field back to the Contacts layout and save it.
How to activate the integration
Log into your Voxloud Control Panel. You can access it from this link.
Now go to the "Shop" and select the "Integrations" box.
Click on "Purchase".
Now click on "Integrations" in the left menu.
Select the Zoho CRM integration and click on "Integrate Zoho CRM".
Now click on "Add Zoho CRM integration".
Here you will need to add the API URL form your Zoho CRM account.
To find the API URL of your Zoho CRM account, open Zoho CRM and then go to your profile. Then, copy the URL from your web browser (example in this image "https://accounts.zoho.eu").
Now paste the URL in the Voxloud integration step and click on "Create".
In the next step, click on "Save".
Then click on "Start flow":
Now click on "Accept" in the window that opens:
In this step, click on "Save" and then close the window.
Now, in this step click on "Next".
Here you need to select the default user from the dropdown menu.
Remember to flag the option "Create contacts in Zoho CRM" if you want a new contact to be created in Zoho CRM when you receive a call from a new number not yet present in the Zoho CRM address book. Then click "Next" to proceed.
Here you can choose what users' calls can be pushed to Zoho CRM. Select the users and then click on "Next".
Now the integration between Zoho CRM and Voxoud is completed and you can close the window.
How to check the current User Role
Log into Zoho CRM.
Click the Setup (⚙ icon) in the top-right corner.
In Setup, navigate to General → Users and check User Role for User used for integration with Voxloud:
How to check that Zoho CRM API Access is enabled
Still in Setup, go to Security Control → Profiles
In the Profiles list, find the profile assigned to the user (you noted this in step 1). Click to open its details.
Scroll within the profile settings to find a permission named “Zoho CRM API Access” or similar. Ensure the toggle or check-box next to this permission is enabled (checked):
