How to activate the integration

Log into your Voxloud Control Panel. You can access it from this link.

Now go to the "Shop" and select the "Integrations" box.

Click on "Purchase".

Now click on "Integrations" in the left menu.

Select the Zendesk Support integration and click on "Integrate Zendesk Support".

Now insert your domain of Zendesk Support to connect it to Voxloud and then click on "Save".

Now choose the type of user to activate for the integration and then click on "Next".

Insert the name of the user of the Zendesk Support's account and the required data, then click on "Next".

Your integration with Zendesk Support is active!
