Exploit the full potential of Voxloud with this native integration with SugarCRM's CRM.

To enable the integration, get the API from the SugarCRM control panel. Click on Admin in the profile menu and then select "Configure API platforms".

Now in the "API Platforms" menu on the left, add the name you want to give to the integration in the editable field (eg "Voxloud integration"). Then click on "Save".

Remember the name you chose for your integration, you will need it later.

Now log into your Voxloud Control Panel. You can access it from this link.

Now go to the "Shop" and select the "Integrations" box.

Click on "Purchase".

Now click on "Integrations" in the left menu.

Select the SugarCRM integration and click on "Integrate SugarCRM".

Now connect your SugarCRM account to Voxloud by entering the required fields. In the "Platform" field enter the name you used to add the integration into the SugarCRM control panel. Click on "Save".

Now enter the name of your SugarCRM account owner and click on Next.

Your integration with SugarCRM is active!
