Turn on and connect the Air Base Station
Note: do not resetting the Air Base Station. Resetting will delete all the configuration settings.
Connect Air Base Station to A/C cable
Connect Air Base Station to your LAN network connecting the Ethernet cable to your router and to Air Base Station’s network socket
Power on instructions
Turn on/off the phone
To switch on the phone, push and hold for at least 2 seconds the On-hook red key
To switch off the phone, push and hols for at least 3 seconds the On-hook red key

Manually
Enter the number from standby mode and then press green key Off-hook.

Select a call from the list

Access to shared phone book
Press the dedicated key to access the shared phonebook: "Phonebook" multifunction button located on the right under the phone screen.
Mute the microphone during a call
Press left Navigation key to mute/unmute the microphone.
Adjust the volume during a call
Press Up/Down Navigation keys to adjust volume.
Turn on/off speaker
Press the green key Off-hook to activate the speaker mode during a call
Press green key Off-hook two times to answer a call in speaker mode
Press the green key Off-hook to deactivate the speaker mode during a call
Hold / Second call
Put on hold
Press multifunction key Hold during a call
Press Retrieve key to resume the call
Second call
Press multifunction key Hold during a call
Enter the desired phone number
Press green key Off-hook
Switch
If you have an active call and another on hold, press the right Navigation key to switch from the calls
Note: this device supports up to two active calls / lines
Calls transfer
Blind transfer (the desired user is not notified of the impending call)
Press Transfer key during a call (the call is put on hold)
Enter the desired phone number
Press multifunction key Transfer
Attended transfer (the desired user is notified)
Press Transfer key during a call (the call is put on hold)
Enter the desired phone number
Press green key Off-hook
Press Transfer key to transfer the call
Start a conference call
Press Hold multifunction key during a call (the call is put on hold)
Enter the desired phone number
Press green key Off-hook
When the contact answer, press the Conf. multifunction key
