Assembly instructions

Connection instructions

Sockets are on the rear panel of the phone.

  • Connect phone to your LAN network connecting Ethernet cable to your router and to phone's network socket (Internet).

  • (Optional) Connect the phone to your PC connecting Ethernet cable to computer and to phone's network socket (PC)

  • (Optional) Connect headset (sold separately) to the dedicated socket on the phone’s rear

Place a call

Enter the number and push multifunction Send key.

To switch between receiver mode and speaker mode during a call:

press Speaker key.

To switch between headset mode and speaker mode during a call:

press Headset key.

Dial a user for whom you have assigned a BLF / Function key

Press the corresponding BLF / Function key.

Call from call history

Press History Soft key from idle and select the number using Navigation keys, then press Dial Soft key.

Access to the shared phone book

Press the dedicated key to access the shared phone book: "Phone book" multifunction key located in the third position under the phone screen.

Note: to increase the ringtone volume, go in the Menu, select Audio Settings and then Ringtone Volume.

Mute microphone during a call

Press Mute key to mute/unmute the microphone.

Put on Hold

  1. Press Hold Soft key during a call to put a call on hold

  2. Press Resume key to resume the call

Second call

  1. Press Hold Soft key during a call

  2. Press New Soft key to make a second call, then enter the number manually and press Dial Soft key.

Call transfer

Blind transfer (the desired user is not notified of the impending call)

  1. Press Transf. key during a call (the call is put on hold)

  2. Dial the desired user

  3. Hang up

Blind transfer via BLF / Function key:

  1. Press Transf. key during a call (the call is put on hold)

  2. Press the corresponding BLF / Function key key during a call

  3. Hang up

Attended transfer (the desired user is notified)

  1. Press Transf. key during a call (the call is put on hold)

  2. Dial the desired user

  3. Notify the user of the impending transfer

  4. Complete the transfer pushing Transf. key

Attended transfer via BLF / Function key

  1. Press Transf. key during a call (the call is put on hold)

  2. Press the corresponding BLF / Function key during a call (the current call is put on hold)

  3. Notify the user of the impending transfer

  4. Complete the transfer pushing Transf. key

Start a conference call

  1. Press New Soft key during a call (the call is put on hold)

  2. Make a second call to the contact you would like to invite to the conference call

  3. When the user answers, press Conf. Soft key
