How to Connect an FTP Server to the Call Log
To permanently store your call recordings,
you can connect the call log to an FTP server.
To proceed, open the call log,
click on the three lines to the right of the log,
then click on General Settings.
In the FTP Server Configuration section, enable synchronization
and enter the connection information:
Server address (hostname or IP): for example, ftp.example.com or 192.168.1.100
Port: usually port 21 for standard FTP, or 22 for SFTP
Protocol: FTP, FTPS (secure FTP), or SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)
Username and password for authentication
