How do I create a rule for a Robocall in Voxloud?

Go to Voxloud Control Panel → Rules → New Rule, choose the number, assign a clear name (e.g., Robocall_Promotion), set the time range to “Draft”, and select the rule type, such as an “IVR” rule.

The IVR rule allows you to create an interactive voice menu. For example:

  • “Press 1 for support”

  • “Press 2 for sales information”
