What are Chatflow Modules and what are they used for?

Modules are the building blocks used to create conversational flows. They are divided into three main categories:

  1. Request Information – These modules collect data from users (e.g., name, email, appointments).

  2. Send Information – These modules send content such as text messages, images, links, or products.

  3. Trigger Action – These modules perform specific actions, such as transferring the conversation to a human agent, processing payments, or triggering API integrations.
