Account and Billing Management on Voxloud

Follow these steps to access your Voxloud account settings and manage billing, preferences, notifications, and chat module configurations.

Before starting with the individual Academy modules, we recommend reviewing the General Overview on Account Management and Billing in Voxloud. These topics are not covered within the lessons of the single modules, but they provide essential information to gain a complete understanding of the platform.


1.Enter the Control Panel

  • Log in to your Voxloud Control Panel.

  • Click the icon in the top-right corner for the Account Administrator.

  • Select Account & Billing.

Once inside, you’ll find three main sections:

Billing Information

In this section, you can:

  • View your current plan and upgrade it if needed.

  • Update your payment method.

  • Edit your billing details.

Scrolling down, you’ll also find:

  • Available promotional credits.

  • Billing history, with the option to download receipts.

Danger Zone

From here, you can cancel your active subscription.

Preferences & Notifications

In this section, you can:

  • Set the default language for your account.

  • Configure your time zone.

  • Change the hold music played during calls.

Chat Module

This section allows you to manage your credit and chat module settings.

  • In the “Your balance” panel, click the Top-up icon to recharge your phone credit (see images).

  • Click the gear icon to configure the notifications you want to receive based on specific conditions.

  • In the “Billing Information” section, you can update your payment method.

  • In the “Billing History” section, you can view and download all issued receipts.
