Exploit the full potential of Voxloud with this native integration with Bitrix24's CRM.

Before proceding with the integration in Voxloud, you need to enable the app "Voxloud Sync" from the Bitrix24 Market. To enable it, go in the Market section in Bitrix24, search for "Voxloud Sync" and install the app.

Then log into your Voxloud Control Panel. You can access it from this link.

Now go to the "Shop" and select the "Integrations" box.

Click on "Purchase".

Now click on "Integrations" in the left menu.

Select the Bitrix24 integration and click on "Integrate Bitrix24".

Now authorize Bitrix24, adding the connection between Voxloud and Bitrix24. Click on "Add Bitrix24 Connection".

Now give a name to the connection (like "Bitrix24") and then paste the API url. You will find the API url in your Bitrix24 control panel.

To get the Bitrix24 API url, open the Bitrix24 control panel and paste the URL as it follows:

Go back to Voxloud and paste the url in the "API url" field and then click on "Create".

Now click on "Start flow", let the Bitrix24 window open and then click on "Save" to procede.

Now you can close the window.

To authorize the connection, click on "Next".

Now you need to assign users to the Bitrix24 integration with Voxloud. Select the users and then click on "Next".

Now the integration with Bitrix24 is finally completed and you can close the window.
