The accrued awards are regularly checked by Voxloud partner program manager. The monthly rewards not yet reviewed can be found in the Rewards and withdrawals section, with the status of Pending.
The partner program manager will check if the current collection of the partner customer's subscription has taken place. Only after having ascertained this, he will change the status of the award from Pending to Approved.
Reasons for rejection of monthly premiums by Voxloud
The necessary condition for a partner to see their monthly awards accrue, approve and pay off at the end of the month is that
the customer's subscription has actually been collected.
In case of non-collection, Voxloud will reject the monthly award by promptly communicating it to the partner.
The partner will therefore see the status of his prize change from Pending to Declined.
