You can see the status of the awards (Pending, Approved, On Hold, Declined) in the Rewards & Withdrawals section of your PartnerStack account.

Starting from the 15th day of the following month it will be possible to transfer all approved prizes to your account.

If, starting from the 15th day of the following month, the accrued awards are not yet available to be withdrawn, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Voxloud has taken more time to review your rewards and you will be contacted by one of our representatives for further clarification.

  • Your rewards are waiting to be cleared. We therefore invite you to check back in the following days

  • Your rewards have been reviewed and approved but the total is less than or equal to € 25

  • Your rewards have been reviewed and rejected by Voxloud

In case of late payment (beyond the 20th day of the following month) contact your Voxloud contact or call us on 06 400 60 312.
