Premise

Whenever you get a new reward, you will receive a notification in the Reward & Withdrawals section of your PartnerStack account, Rewards section with the Pending status.

Monthly rewards will be "frozen" within your PartnerStack account until Voxloud has reviewed and approved them.

Once the monthly rewards have been approved (you will see them under Approved) and paid by Voxloud, you will find the funds available and you can proceed to transfer them directly from the Rewards & Withdrawals section within the PartnerStack account. (See how to withdraw Voxloud rewards)

Please note

The funds relating to the monthly awards will be available and can be withdrawn starting from the 3rd week of the month.

If the total premiums accrued at the end of the month is less than or equal to € 25, the funds will remain frozen until the partner accrues more.

Example:

  • Awards accrued in March (from 01/03 to 30/03) - Partner awards accrued will be sent to the Voxloud manager for approval.

  • First week of April (from 01/04 to 07/04) - Voxloud reserves the right to review or cancel previously approved awards.

  • 3rd week of April (from 15th day) - Funds will be accessible and withdrawable directly from the Rewards & Withdrawals section within the PartnerStack account.
