On the Voxloud system, with just a few clicks you can set the route for calls that arrive at times when your operators are not available (at night, on weekends, etc.) and change it whenever you need to.
The “other hours” function in the “rules” section on the control panel allows you to determine what happens when someone calls your number outside the working hours you have selected.
